Please note my availability is limited hence I appreciate if you'll get in touch well in advance and at least 48 hours prior to your desired date. However, sometimes we can't plan as desired - if you wish to make a last minute booking (48 hours or less in advance) I add a 'last minute'-fee of 20% or minimum 1.000 dkkr to the booking. Sending your request a few weeks or even months in advance is not too much notice.

For domestic bookings up to 16 hours I require a deposit of 20%. For domestic booking above 16 hours and international dates I requre a deposit of 50% in order to arrange my own travel. Please Thank you for understanding and respecting my time.
I offer two optios for paying a deposit; You can either send me a gift card (see FAQ) or you can stop by when I'm in Hellerup on selected dates and pay the deposit in cash.
Just like yours, my time is precious. If we've confirmed a date it means I have set aside and reserved that specific time for you. I understand things can come up unexpectedly.
In case you cancel within at least 48 hours notice your deposit can be applied to another date within 60 days. If you cancel 24-48 hours I'll keep your desposit as cancellation fee. And should you need to cancel within 24 hours, you will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee.
If a cancellation happens a second time or if you do not show up without notice, I'll need to require the full payment in advance if you would like to make a booking with me again. Keep in mind that if you cancel our date within 48 hours I will miss out on the possibility to meet another client.
In the unfortunate situation I have to cancel an appointment, you can either choose to get a full refund or use the deposit for a future date - in that case, I'll offer an additional hour free of charge on our next date as my apology and appreciation.
